Daily monitoring of the project operation are done by expert
engineers from Renquark.
Energy generation, reactive power consumption, high tension
charge monitoring will be prepared as monthly monitoring report.
Detailed analysis of the data which are collected at the site and
prepare report for a solar energy farm.
Ensure Monthly report of solar Farm performance and
submission of proofs for proclaiming of Grid Failure.
Through check and certify for all payment and claims for
operation and maintenance contractor or any other third pard
which are involved.
Forecasting for better O&M for solar farms and detail monitor
and analysis of event logs, SCADA data.
Plan and submit month to month O&M reports specifying - all
O&M exercises, adjustments completed with pictures, significant
flaw recognizable proof and their correction, main driver
examination of significant breakdowns, total income age for
customer with subtleties of offer of force and so on, whichever
relevant.
Guarantee security across all agreements and workgroups. All
staff will be completely proficient of the potential hazards
associated with the work they oversee and the protected practices
to be continued in their work.
Survey the Scheduling and Forecasting information given by the
Qualified Coordinating Agency(QCA) and Coordinate with QCA
to limit the deviation charges and present a different report to the
customer on month to month premise.
Prepare punch points/ check list for proper completion/close out
of all activities like Preventive Maintenance, Scheduled
Maintenance, Major Breakdown rectification, with joint
verification by client/external agencies as and when required. To
ensure active participation to liquidate all punch
points/observations and submit the same to client.
Prepare punch point/check list for legitimate finish/close out of
all tasks and activities like Preventive Maintenance, Scheduled
Maintenance, Major Breakdown amendment, with joint
confirmation by customer as and when required. To guarantee
dynamic investment to exchange all punch focuses/perceptions
and present the equivalent to customer.
